Humble Shepherd is here to make dog ownership a little easier—and a lot cleaner. We take care of the stinky chores so you can enjoy more time with your pup. Getting started is quick and simple—let us handle the mess so you don’t have to!

Once you sign up, we’ll reach out to schedule your first cleanup and walk you through everything you need to know. We’re here to make the process simple, smooth, and stress-free from day one.
3) Attach Payment Method

All billing takes place on the 1st of each month, before services are provided. You can set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card through our secure billing system. Once payment is processed, we’ll email you a receipt for your records. If payment isn’t received before your first scheduled cleanup of the month, your service may be paused until payment is made.

You’ll receive a friendly text about 60 minutes before we arrive, so you know we’re on our way. You don’t need to be home during service—we just ask that we have clear access to your yard and that any all pets are kept inside. This helps us keep things safe, smooth, and respectful for everyone involved.

When we arrive, we get right to work—scanning every part of your yard to scoop every pile with care. We follow a thoughtful, step-by-step route and make multiple passes to make sure nothing gets missed. It’s not just about picking up poop—it’s about giving your pup a clean, safe space to enjoy.

Once your yard’s all clean and poop-free, your Humble Shepherd helper will snap a quick photo of your closed gate—just to make sure no curious pups sneak out. Then, they’ll spray down all their scooping gear with professional, kennel-safe disinfectant to keep germs and bugs from spreading, so every dog stays happy and healthy.
Pet Waste Disposal
Pet Waste Disposal
Your Humble Shepherd helper will carefully double-bag all the dog waste to keep things clean and contained. Depending on your setup, they’ll place the bags right in your trash can or, if you don’t have one nearby, they’ll set the bags safely off to the side of your home. This way, everything stays tidy and follows local rules—no mess, no fuss.
